Just like the La Voile dinner, but from Troquet -- complete with wines from the SC cellar.
2-Meal Ticket: $190
Includes: Two (2) Prefix 3-Course Dinners
Chilled Maine Lobster Salad-local lettuce, preserved lemon, fines herbs, basil emulsion and Pee-Wee potato
Crispy Leg of Duck Confit-puy lentils. baby leek, sour cherry gastrique and duck jus
18/24/36 month aged Compte cheese with local heirloom stone fruit
